CRYING
It is one of nature's most effective anti-sadness therapy. Tears help reduce stress, stabilize emotions, and remove toxins so, if you're depressed and problematic maybe all you need is a good cry.
This is a blog full of random ramblings, music, and whatever else I fancy.
I spend wayyy to much time thinking about what I'm going to say or write, and hence; I talk nonsense, well, almost all the time and my thoughts are always half-formed.
A fun fact about me is that I honestly cannot look at a fish in the eye for more than 5 seconds, be it dead or alive. And I can count 1-10 like a flash in French. :D
I love lazy days and the smell of rain.
Plus, I'm probably the 'cheesiest' person you'll ever meet. Cheerios. ;)
