all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy

Had a very long, tiring day. ceh.byk la tiring..penat sbb tak cukup tido ade la..last night i had to sleep at 4am to finish up the slides for my Information Skills GXEX 1401 (satu-satunya kod kursus yg i dapat hafal dengan jayanya. thumbs up ;D ) punye subject..tu la myra..buat keje last minit, ye ye..laen kali jangan buat lagi tau. now that's something that im very good at. PROCRASTINATING, in other words, melengahkan masa, or to be more precise; to keep delaying something which must be done (copy paste dari Cambridge Advanced Dictionary).. skills ni memang dah lame acquire lagi sejak dari zaman tadika and sekolah rendah.. so memang susah untuk ditinggalkan. hah. orang lain boleh je berubah.. myra, you bile lagi?? argh! its a group work thing but everyone's so reliant on me to get the work done. kalau i tak buat, org laen pun tak buat. buat kerja sikit pastu nampak je ade new notification on fb, hilang matlamat utama. (siapa makan cili, dia terasa pedasnya, which goes to me too nonetheless).. aiseh..

so yesterday night all 5 of us group members stayed up until 2am kat warung makan Kolej 2 (tempat yg i slalu lepak atleast once in a week and tumpang makan makanan yg best2) untuk siapkan our project. Nasib baik laptop ade 2. kalau satu je memang tak tido satu malam. buat kerja sambil dengar lagu2 jiwang seperti Aizat and not to miss lagu raya. memang layan..especially time bukak youtube page Anas Tahir (ye.adik kepada Faizal Tahir,yg tak brape nak femes, tp suare still acceptable) yg specially dedicated to Tomok, the winner of OIAM3. Let me tell you. This guy is so damn funny. You should listen to the way he speaks.Makes me wanna laugh my head off. Punya kepoh. oh btw just to set the record straight, i wasn't the one who opened it, so clearly im not the one to be blamed for the time wasted. betul? siapa suruh you sibuk tengok in d first place. kan dah kene. :(

A kind-hearted friend of mine ada belanja McD. kesian him. terpakse bawak balik makanan dan minuman dlm motor. i pun macam kesian (alasan sebab takde duit)  so i suruh je la die beli coke medium sized. kononnya time tu haus. balik je dari McD tengok org laen punya finger-lickin makanan, my tummy made some funny noise. a clear sign that i want the Apple Pie! Big Mac! French Fries! oh yeah! sedap sedap.. unfortunately all i got was the french fries. :( and a piece of choc cake from some gal's birthday 2 tables away from ours. kesian them (the party organisers and also the bufday girl). ingat nak buat surprise la konon, siap nak tutup lampu semua pastu dtg dari blakang dengan kek ngan lilin, tapi tak jadik cuz we were there busy doing our so-called project dengan laptop terpasang terang benderang, buat2 sibuk sambil makan kuih raya dan gelak huhahuha. yes we're VERY good at making people into believe that we need the place more than they do. :O

so they had to manage with one light on. hah. gile kesian. the whole birthday surprise macam tak happening la kan? the birthday girl sampai je, oh ok. lampu pendaflour lg terang dari 50 batang lilin yg ade atas kek, but thanks. love the surprise guys! happy birthday to you anyway. ;)

That morning we were so not ready to present, even tho the slides are all done. Design dan animation kurang memuaskan. tak cukup masa la katakan. hah. dah la bangun lambat, tumpang mandi kat bilik air orang, body wash pun i had to borrow. luckily i brought along my toothbrush.yay. go myra.

 i thought there are other groups who wants to present their PP voluntarily, right after the first presentation, but no one does. so lecturer pun panggil salah seorang ahli grup member dari ahli kumpulan i untuk ke depan buat presentation.  so anyway, we had to make do with one group member gone missing and go up front and talk like we really know what we're gonna talk about. haha. nak cakap good morning and assalamualaikum pun dah menggigil. damn. you patut datang 10min sebelum kelas habis la myra. isy.

but its a good thing kitorang siap awal (sbb cakap ultra-laju punya speed)..haha..next week boleh goyang kaki sambil main fb while all the others buat presentation kat depan. macam ni lah nak dapat A. :)

tak sangka dah dekat sejam lebih saya menghadap skrin komputer.

tanya pada diri sendiri: mana pergi matlamat utama anda untuk pergi belajar test Building Services BSES 1115??

gonna wake up late again tomorrow. damn. nak jaga gerai punya pasal, mestilah harus(dah mesti, harus lagi) korbankan free time esok (no class) bangun awal pukul 9 set up kan d food and drinks.

totally enjoyed being fully in charged of the ice-blended punya section. hari tu dapat minum free mocca (yg tak habis blend betul2). nampaknya i semakin pandai membuat ice blended drinks. thanks to the guy who taught me how to goncang and masukkan the blended ice into the cups without making a mess and also a fool outta myself (kalau tertumpah atas meja/tanah). so thanks! :)

P/S: i think this is the longest post i've ever written. wow!

of new resolutions and glasses

I'm finally here sitting down on my favourite seat, staring into the computer screen, not knowing exactly what to write. Tomorrow is the start of a new day, my least favourite day, Monday. How i wish there's one more day to enjoy in the weekends, I'd call it Myday. I've done so many awful things over the past few months, of which I'm not proud about, and I think Ramadhan provides me a good time to wash most of it away; if not all. But unfortunately, I couldn't. I woke up very late for class each day, ended up sleeping with me eyes wide open, not having the slightest idea what is being taught. I didn't do enough revisions, ended up studying for my tests at the very last minute, which usually works out just fine, but with the lack of sleeping hours, I guess I should've seen that coming. So now I'm making a new resolution, make good deeds as much as I possibly can to everyone and everything, and I promise I'm gonna make up for all the things I did wrong, and try to be a better person. :)

Done with being emo. Now let's keep this blog updated.

I am getting a new pair of black and white Victorian styled glasses! Paid for the deposit 2 days ago and hopefully, I'd be able to wear it by next week. This is due to the fact that I can't let mum and dad know how much I got the glasses for. They'd totally freak out. ok fine it costs slightly more than half of a thousand ringgit, but its the most beautiful glasses I've ever set eyes on! Its okay to splurge once in a while right?? It looks classy and vintage and also stylish at the same time. How can I say no to that?

Gettin into the raya mood

5 hari lagi mau Raya!! yay..tak sabar2 nak makan ketupat, rendang ayam nenek, dodol, ....wahh... perot sudah mula membuat bising.. :( (isy..diiamlah)
nak makan, makan and makan sampai gemuk. sampai naek berat badan 5 kilo sekaligus..supaya nanti balik je dari raya, i boleh muat pakai baju yang sebelum ni tak muat untuk dipakai.. cepat lah gemuk myra. sikit pun jadik lah..bila lagi you nak gemuk?


sejak dua menjak ni, setiap kali teman kawan2 shopping, (macam lah teman sgt. i usually end up buying more than them..haha.) mesti ada sale yg best2..ingatkan after the year end sale, dah takde dah tapi ade je lagi.. especially kat Jusco..baju bersepah-sepah..ramai makcik-makcik and pakcik-pakcik serta anak2 mereka berpusu-pusu membeli-belah di saat2 akhir.. cam best je tengok.. ohh.. lupa..tahun nie i sorang je yg handle bab2 shopping for raya.. tak best! :[ meskipun dapat beli baju yg lawa2, rasa cam tak puas sangat sebab ibu takde utk teman i shopping.. :'( ayah and aiman x ikut takpe, sbb diorang tak kisah sangat when it comes to buying clothes.. tapi takpe la kan.. baju raya sudah ibu pilih untuk i.. :)


rasanye tahun ni duit raya dapat sikit je kot..alahai..kita kan semakin berumur..lagi dua tiga tahun, kita pulak kene bagi duit raya kat anak buah semua..kesian kat ayah dan ibu. every year terpakse belanje banyak untuk duit raya for them.. this year, i harap2 sangat ayah dapat bagi lebih sikit..hehe..boleh la boleh la.. 
                                                                                   


Raya ke-2 kat rumah aunty Nor..Time ni tak ready lagi nak amek gambar sebenarnye..ayah la yg paling byk sgt songeh.. tudung nenek pun senget..haha..xpe2..nampak spontan kan? We'll make this year more happening than the last!!

OMG! its 5mins to 7am!! Yet im still facing my computer with eyes perfectly wide open. Kenapa? Nak siapkan powerpoint punye pasal la. I cant believe it took me 2 days to complete it. Damn. Constech tak blaja lagi. I really need to work on my time management.. It's getting outta hand. Luckily its the weekend. I dont think i could afford to stay up this late during the weekdays. My sleep cycle is now officially disturbed. Anyhow, im glad my work is all done. Well, not completely. I still need to go to sleep and study for a test this coming Rabu. My back aches like hell. Oh. Not to mention the eye bags. 

Wake me up when it's time for buka puasa. :)

browser make-over

i so want to show off my new design for my web browser to the world!!
okay that doesnt sound right. i didnt exactly design the thing but grabbed it from Mozilla Firefox Personas. only last week when i went to my friend's room and played on her laptop did i get the surprise of my life (yes im still very much in awe. :O!!) when i saw lovely pink polka dots all around her facebook page. so then i got super excited and decided to try it on MY baby..

and this is what i got..

funky isnt it?so full of life. bright neon colours. that's exactly what my baby needs. got these from the Music Gallery. The design is called Cassette. :)

Tales of ants

Gosh. It's 2:19am Saturday 12 September 2009. As im typing this down ants are playing hide-and-go-seek on my laptop. one of em even went down and hide and never resurfaced. got scared by my huge skinny hands i suppose.haha..i feel somewhat superior as i feel like i have the control over the poor ant's lives..(grinning).. hah.

the keypads on my acer 4736 have gaps in between them and this kinda sucks cuz then all the lil bits from my "huge chunks of munchings" will be stuck underneath the keys..and once it gets stuck, one or a few of the keypads will get STUCK also. :[

not like anyone cares if an ant died; or even if i killed the whole ant population living in my room.. i once ate an ant. by accident of course. now that i remember, i think it was a whole bunch of small black ants. total eww.. mistaken them for milo..unfortunately they managed to get into the milo that i made and successfully disguised themselves as one (like small chunks of milo; as a result from bad stirring).. thank god i didnt get to experience the gruesome taste of ants swimming, crying and yelling desperately for help in my mouth. they smell. there's something about the smell of em that i just couldnt take.



so looking forward for Monday.

Pengajian Undang-undang 1

kebuhsanan yg melampau. so i decided to snap a few pictures using my 1.0 MP Crystal Eye webcam camera. ceh. macam lah canggih sangat camera kat laptop nie..
esok ade test law! English Law plus Islamic Law. Sepatutnye lah islamic law nie senang skit nak faham compared to english law, tapi pas abes bace, english law lak yg lagi senang nak faham.. adoi.. maybe notes on islamic law tu terlampau bombastic..arghh..senang citer esok jawab je lah all the questions related to english law..guarantee dapat only half of the total marks..
